Today we’re taking a look at Partner’s Coffee in Williamsburg.
SEATING: There are four sets of two person tables near the front door next to the ramp. There is a large shared table that can sit six (eight if you really have to). There is a second shared table. It can also fit six people but definitely not eight. There’s four tables that can seat two people on the far left side of the cafe’s big open space. The seats alongside the wall is a shared couch while the seats in the common space are stools which honestly are not that comfortable. There’s also outdoor seating when it’s nice out.
WIFI: Works well. It’s fast. I have no complaints.
PLUG SITUATION: That is not this place’s strong suit. There aren’t any in the common space. If you come here, have a full charge.
BATHROOM SITUATION: Yep, it has one — single person.
NOISE LEVEL: It can really vary. It can be quiet and really loud. The music overhead isn’t a comfortable volume but I wouldn’t say quiet for frankly loud. The issue with this space is the high ceilings. The noise carries.
LIGHTING: There are a handful of overhead lights dangling from the ceiling over the couches on the left hand side of the cafe. There are also yellow bulb lights on the ceiling. This place has large floor to ceiling windows so natural light is its strong suit in this area.
FOOD: Decent options but mostly pastries. Not the kind of place you’d go for a meal.
OVERALL: I like this place under certain circumstances. If you can get one of the four tables along the left hand side, it’s great…. and if you have a full charge.
