ADDRESS: 207 Starr St.
SEATING: Abundant. This place has two sections as it recently expanded to take over the restaurant space next door. In the original section, there are two tables for two people each as well as four bar style seats facing the far wall. There is one large shared table that can comfortably seat ten people.
In the other section there is a bar with six seats. There are six two person tables in the center. There are sets of booths along the far and back walls but those seem to be reserved for those without laptops. There are two tables up front by the entrance to the larger space and two tables outside on the patio and two others on the street
.
WIFI: Fast. No issues.
NOISE LEVEL: It’s fairly quiet in the smaller section with some music but it is comfortable. The other section can get noisy, it's a bigger space with high ceilings.
PLUG SITUATION: Average. There are some along the walls but I wouldn’t count on it.
LIGHTING: This is a fairly dimly lit place. There are yellow bulbs overhead. This place seems to rely on natural light.
FOOD: This place has a full menu but not the kind of place that caters to carnivores. It has wraps, salads, toasts and pastries. I had the kale caesar salad at the recommendation of the barista. I was not disappointed. There is also beer and wine.
OVERALL: This is a solid option right off The Jefferson L stop. It has a lot of seating but it’s disproportionate to the plug situation. It’s fairly calm but with high ceilings when it is loud, it’s really loud.
