Review: Stone Street Coffee
This Soho cafe has ample seating, great coffee, and a sprawling backyard
Today’s review is of Stone Street Coffeeshop in Soho.
ADDRESS: 379 Broome St.
PLUG SITUATION: There are lots of plugs scattered around the store.
SEATING: There are five tables intended for two people, four countertops with seating, several couches, and a community table that comfortably seats eight people. On a nice day there are so many more options. There is a large community table, benches, a bar top and several small tables in the backyard.
BATHROOM SITUATION: There is one in the back intended for one person.
NOISE LEVEL: It’s fairly quiet but busy given it’s a high traffic touristy area.
LIGHTING: With the big windows and a sprawling backyard, Stone Street capitalizes on natural light.
FOOD/DRINK: There are solid options here. First off Stone Street, because they also operate their own roastery and sell their coffee wholesale, they know their coffee. The menu also has fresh juice and smoothies. Food wise, there are some typical small cafe staples like quiche, avocado toast, and BEC.
INTERNET: works well, no complaints
OVERALL: This a solid option in lower Manhattan with lots of seating and a sprawling backyard that for some reason has a life size horse sculpture in it.
Enjoy!
